I was blown away by the incredible kindness of the staff, they remembered my name, like I was family, and made me feel really special, especially when they surprised me with a complimentary drink upon arrival! The beachfront room was truly a dream come true. waking up to an ocean view every morning felt like I was living in paradise!

It wasn't cheap! but honestly, I think it was worth it.

The room was spacious and well-decorated, making our stay enjoyable. The patio provided a serene place to unwind under the sun. Additionally, the ocean view from our suite was breathtaking, adding a lovely touch to our experience.

Be mindful of the privacy levels in some of the rooftop rooms.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the jungle in an all-terrain vehicle and relaxed on the beach. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great location near the water, perfect for group fun and connecting with nature.

The only downside was that the road to the property was pretty bumpy, which got tiring after multiple trips.

The location is somewhat isolated, requiring a costly taxi ride to reach the nearby center, which feels a bit excessive for such a short drive. Additionally, the sofa bed for the third person was quite uncomfortable, and the inconsistent cleaning schedule posed a challenge, especially after long days exploring. Dining options are on the pricier side, with long wait times for breakfast that necessitated pre-ordering to fit our schedule.

The stay was pleasant overall, especially due to the beautiful oceanfront view from the room and the convenience of having kayaks and paddleboards available right on the beach. The atmosphere was relaxing and allowed us to disconnect from daily life. However, accessing the property was challenging due to the poor condition of the road leading up to it. It may not be ideal for those who prefer quick access to nightlife or shopping options. Despite this, the location provided peace and tranquility, making it a perfect retreat for those looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

Alea Tulum offers a soothing, artistic retreat. The staff genuinely cared, making my stay special with excellent service. The location connected me to nearby attractions beautifully. However, the beach's rocky entry was challenging for swimming. Overall, a rejuvenating experience.
